Terms of Service

Effective June 16, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Reimbursements.io, operated by Reimbursements.io LLC, an Antidote Group company ("Reimbursements.io," "we," "us"). By connecting your Amazon account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Reimbursements.io audits your Amazon Seller Central data via the Selling Partner API to identify FBA reimbursement opportunities, and prepares and manages reimbursement claims with Amazon on your behalf.

2. Authorization and access

You authorize us to access your Seller Central data through the Selling Partner API for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that you are authorized to grant this access for the account(s) you connect. You may revoke access at any time in Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your Amazon account in good standing and for the accuracy of information you provide. You agree to use the service in compliance with Amazon's policies and applicable law.

4. Fees

Fees for the service, if any, are set out in your separate engagement or service agreement with us. Where the service is provided on a performance basis, fees apply to amounts actually recovered.

5. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Reimbursement outcomes depend on Amazon's review and policies; we do not guarantee any specific recovery amount or result. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antidote Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service.

8. Term and termination

Either party may terminate at any time; you may revoke access in Seller Central as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
