Privacy Policy
Effective June 16, 2026
Reimbursements.io LLC ("Reimbursements.io," "we," "us"), an Antidote Group company, provides Amazon FBA reimbursement recovery to sellers. This policy explains what data we access through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), how we use and protect it, and your choices.
1. Information we access
When you authorize us through the Amazon Selling Partner API, we access read-only data from your Seller Central account needed to audit for and recover reimbursements, including:
- Financial and accounting data (financial events, settlements, fees, reimbursements)
- Inventory and order-tracking data (inventory ledger, adjustments, returns, removals)
- FBA fulfillment and shipment data (inbound shipments, customer returns, removals)
- Account and performance information needed to operate the service
Some Amazon reports return a limited set of buyer-related fields alongside the order data we audit, such as the delivery city, state and postal code, and in some marketplaces a buyer tax identifier. We do not store these fields. They are dropped when the report is processed and are not written to our database, exports or backups. We do not use them to audit your account or to file claims, no part of the service displays them, and we never share or sell them.
2. How we use it
We use this data solely to provide the service: to reconcile your transactions, identify and quantify discrepancies eligible for reimbursement, prepare claim documentation, and manage and track reimbursement claims with Amazon on your behalf. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
3. How we store and protect it
- Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Access restricted on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis with authentication controls
- Credentials (authorization tokens) stored in a secured, access-controlled database
- Ongoing monitoring and security controls consistent with Amazon's Data Protection Policy
4. Data retention and deletion
We do not retain buyer personal information. Buyer-related fields returned in Amazon reports are dropped on processing and are not written to our database, exports or backups. Seller account data used to audit your account and file claims is retained only as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time, and we delete your data within 30 days of a verified request or of your disconnecting the application.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only as necessary to deliver the service — for example, submitting reimbursement claims through Amazon on your behalf — and with service providers (such as our secured cloud and database infrastructure) bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
6. Your choices
You can revoke our access at any time in Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
